Riccardo Tedeschi will be in America this month! Among the places he will visit? Marjorie Restaurant for a delightful wine dinner on Tuesday, March 29th. The restaurant will open the doors at 6PM; the first course will be served at 6:30. What makes Tedeschi so special? They are renowned for their Amarone (the Marjorie wine dinner will feature two, both distinct and completely different), and they have this amazing dessert wine, Capitel Fontana Recioto della Valpolicella, that I tasted a few months ago. An industrious search to put it on the Marjorie “After Dinner Sips” list proved futile. But I guess when Riccardo comes to town, so does his obscure dessert wine…
This lovely dinner will be one you don’t want to miss. Save the date, and keep an eye out for the details.
The wines may be Italian, but as they say in Jamaica, “soon come”…the wine dinner details, that is!
